The WAX628 is a high-performance WiFi 6 Release 2 access point, ideal for residential or commercial integration projects. The dual-band access point delivers up to 5.4Gbps total WiFi throughput and supported by a 2.5Gbps Power-over-Ethernet port and a Gigabit Ethernet port. The WAX628 comes with (4) four years of Insight remote management included and (4) four years of ProSUPPORT. This access point is great for residential installers and managed service providers who look for scalability, performance, and reliability in WiFi deployment.

The WAX628 supports next-generation WiFi 6 smart phones, IoT devices, and notebook computers. The WAX628 WiFi is based on WiFi 6 Release 2 technology, featuring 160MHz channelization on 5GHz band, delivering 100% more throughput than WiFi 6 Release 1. Compared to WiFi 5 access points, the WAX628 provides 4x the client device connection, serving better speeds and less congestion to the end customer.
